About this recipe
The vegan “egg” is a game-changer! Super easy to make and you can add them to any baked goods. If you are not vegan, you can also combine them with real eggs. When I find a keto recipe that calls for 6 eggs, for example, I’ll just replace a few with the vegan version.
You can even make half of an egg with this recipe, like I did with my beloved Apple Cookies. Also brilliant if you forgot to buy eggs and really want that cookie.
I am eternally grateful to Heavenely Fan for this simple egg replacement. I cannot remember which video she mentioned it in so the link goes to her YouTube channel which is filled with amazing vegan keto recipes.
Vegan "Egg"

Scale
If you need more than one egg just double, tripple, quadrupple (and so on) the quantity. Disclaimer: So far, the maximum amount if vegan “eggs” I’ve used is 3. I’m sure more still work like eggs, it’s just that in those quantities they might affect the flavour. The rest time stays the same!
