A simple egg-replacement for vegans and people on keto who don't want to use so many eggs when they bake.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground linseeds
  • 3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  • Mix the linseed with the cold water.
  • Leave the mixture to rest for 15min in the fridge.
  • Add it to the recipe instead of eggs.
