  • 1 piece/slice fruit of choice for example a Nêspera (a type of pear in Portugal)
  • 1 piece/slice fruit of choice for example a slice of papaya
  • 2 pieces/slices cheese of your choice for example Emmental
  • 2-3 pieces/slices cheese of your choice for example Cheddar
  • 50 g nuts or nut mix of your choice (I like roasted and salted nuts) for example peanuts and walnuts
