Chia and Orange Yoghurt

- 100 g quark (full fat if you can get it) If you don't have quark, just add another 100g of Greek Yoghurt.
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
Mix the quark, the yoghurt and a pinch of salt together until they are smooth.
Mash the banana and mix it with the quark and yoghurt.
Peel the orange and take it apart. Cut the slices into three or four bits. Do this over the container with the mixture so you collect the juice.
Mix in the Chia seeds. Cover it with a lid or cling foil and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight.
