Chia and Orange Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 100 g quark (full fat if you can get it) If you don't have quark, just add another 100g of Greek Yoghurt.
  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix the quark, the yoghurt and a pinch of salt together until they are smooth.
  • Mash the banana and mix it with the quark and yoghurt.
  • Peel the orange and take it apart. Cut the slices into three or four bits. Do this over the container with the mixture so you collect the juice.
  • Mix in the Chia seeds. Cover it with a lid or cling foil and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight.
