Chia Fruits
Chia seeds and an orange. Easiest dessert or snack!

- 1 orange or fruit of your choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Peel the orange. Cut each slice in half and make sure you catch all the fruit juice. Put the orange bits and the juice into an airtight jar or storage container.
Add the Chia seeds and stir them in well. Squish a bit more juice out of the orange while you're at it.
Leave covered up in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
