Chocolate Lemon Swirl
Two puddings combined for the perfect dessert.

Chocolate Pudding
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
Lemon Pudding
- 1 banana
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 pinch salt
Mash the banana in a flat bowl or on a soup plate. Stir the cocoa powder and the pinch of salt in with a spoon or a silicon spatula. Keep mashing while you stir until you get a smooth pudding-like texture.
In a separate flat bowl or on a soup plate mash the second banana. Add the Greek yoghurt, the juice from the lemon slice and the pinch of salt and keep mashing until you have a smooth pudding-like texture.
Fill a 250ml jar with first one then the other pudding. Use a spoon to stir it up a bit. Alternatively, use a flat dessert bowl and arrange the puddings next to each other.
