Chocolate Puffs

A delicious treat and an amazing fat bomb to carb up.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter heaped spoons
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3-4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 70 g unsweetened wheat puffs

Instructions

  • Mix the peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder and salt together over very low heat. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Add the bananas and keep mashing them with a spatula. Stir and mash for several minutes until the mix is banana-lump-free and everything is well combined. Take your time with this step. It really makes a big difference. You know your mixture is done when it stops sticking to the sides of the pot.
  • Fold in the wheat puffs. Pour the mixture into a freezer-save dish and let them rest in the freezer for ten minutes. Set a timer!
  • Cut cling foil into 12 large squares. Once your mixture has hardened, cut it into 12 slices and wrap each slice in cling foil. Store them in an air-tight container in the freezer.
  • Any time you feel like a really deliciously sweet treat, take one bar out of the freezer and let it thaw for at least 20 minutes before you eat it. Enjoy!
