Chocolate Spread
Sugar-free delicious chocolate spread for bread and cakes.

- 1 large banana
- 3 tbsp cocoa (sugar-free)
- 2 tbsp nut butter, like peanut butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Mash up the banana with a fork. Mix in the cocoa powder and the pinch of salt until they are well-combined.
Add the nut butter and keep mixing. If the mixture is too thick, add a tbsp of nut milk or regular milk to it and mix again.
Once you have a smooth spread, keep it in an air-tight container for a few hours or better until the next day. Keep in the fridge and take it out a few minutes before you want to eat it. Spread it on bread, biscuits or cakes. Enjoy!
