Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is versatile, simple, delicious and perfect for parties and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1 melon (any type you like)
  • 1 mango
  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • grapes
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Peel all of the fruit (except for the apples and the grapes), remove cores if applicable and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place everything into a big salad bowl.
  • Squeeze out the lemon and pour the juice over the fruit. Mix well. Serve immediately. If you want to prepare it in advance, only add the bananas shortly before you serve the fruit salad. Store leftovers in the fridge. Enjoy!
