Garlic Quark

Delicious quark dip that goes with any hot or cold vegetable.

Ingredients

  • 200 g quark
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the garlic cloves and chop them into small pieces.
  • Empty the quark into a bowl. Add the garlic and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

You can eat the garlic quark on the same day but you should prepare it at least a couple of hours before you eat. Store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. The garlic flavour gets stronger every day, so keep that in mind!
