Muesli
Muesli with healthy carbs and yoghurt.

- 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp whole barley oats (crushed)
- 1 pinch salt
- fruit (optional)
Add the yoghurt into a small bowl.
Add all the seeds, grains and the pinch of salt to the yoghurt and stir.
Optional: Chop up some fruit on top.
