Muesli

Muesli with healthy carbs and yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp whole barley oats (crushed)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • fruit (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the yoghurt into a small bowl.
  • Add all the seeds, grains and the pinch of salt to the yoghurt and stir.
  • Optional: Chop up some fruit on top.
