Semolina Pudding with Peach

- 400 ml milk
- 4 tbsp wholegrain semolina
- 1 peach
- 1 pinch salt
In a small pot mix the milk with the semolina powder. Heat it up and stir constantly until the milk becomes frothy.
Take the pot from the heat. Cut the peach into pieces and add it to the milk.
Add the salt and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. Stir every now and then to avoid that the top layer dries into a crust. And then enjoy!
