Semolina Pudding with Peach

Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp wholegrain semolina
  • 1 peach
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small pot mix the milk with the semolina powder. Heat it up and stir constantly until the milk becomes frothy.
  • Take the pot from the heat. Cut the peach into pieces and add it to the milk.
  • Add the salt and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. Stir every now and then to avoid that the top layer dries into a crust. And then enjoy!
