Mix 2 tbsp oil, dried garlic and the smoked paprika together in a big bowl. Put it aside to soak.
Pre-heat the air fryer (optional).
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into thin slices. The thinner the slices the crispier the result. Add them to the oil, add salt, and toss them around until they are coated on all sides.
Put the potatoes into the air fryer and set it to 10 min at 200 degrees Celcius.
Mix the rest of the oil with the spices left in the bowl. Top up with spices if you think it's not enough and add a lot of pepper.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and toss them into the bowl. Add salt and mix until they are well covered.
When the 10 min are over, stir the potatoes. Add the mushrooms on top and put everything back into the air fryer for another 5-10 minutes. Check after 7min to avoid burned potatoes. Enjoy!
