Tortilla Chips Plate

- 20 Keto tortilla chips For link to recipe, see description in the post.
- 5 tbsp salsa For link to recipe, see description in the post.
- 70 g grated Mozzarella
- pepper
- guacamole For link to recipe, see description in the post.
Cover a microwave safe plate with half of the tortilla chips. Spread them out evenly.
Drip 2 tablespoons of salsa over the chips and spread it.
Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella on top.
Then repeat the layers: Another layer of tortilla chips, topped with the rest of the salsa and the cheese. Add freshly ground pepper. Microwave the plate for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Leave it to cool down for a couple of minutes, then serve it with guacamole and/or more salsa to dip. Enjoy!
