Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and get all your ingredients ready.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree Celcius.
Get your baking tray and start layering. Add a layer of the tomato sauce. Cover it with a lasagne sheet. This lasagne has four layers. I broke the fourth lasagne sheet apart to fill in the sides on each layer.
Spread cream cheese on the top of your lasagne sheet. If the cream cheese is too difficult to spread, just add small dollops of it. It will spread out in the oven.
Place the mushroom slices in two layers on top. I like to add pepper here too.
Another layer of lasagne sheet topped with tomato sauce.
Add another lasagne sheet and spread it with cream cheese. Finally, place two more layers of mushrooms on top and sprinkle them with the mozzarella and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Once the lasagne is done, leave it to cool in the baking tray for at least 10 minutes before you serve it so the ingredients and the cheese can settle and you can cut it more easily.
