Yoghurt Salad Dressing

Basic yoghurt salad dressing for mixed salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 slice lemon (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the yoghurt, salt, garlic powder, pepper and the juice from the lemon slice (optional) together. Leave mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Pour it over your favourite green or mixed salad and enjoy!
