Yoghurt Salad Dressing
Basic yoghurt salad dressing for mixed salads.

- 2 tbsp yoghurt (full fat)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pepper to taste
- 1 slice lemon (optional)
Mix the yoghurt, salt, garlic powder, pepper and the juice from the lemon slice (optional) together. Leave mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
Pour it over your favourite green or mixed salad and enjoy!
